**Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role**

Reporting to the National Manager Fleet, the Fleet Administrator is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support within the fleet team. You will provide a critically important service to maintain our fleet. This will include ordering fuel cards, ordering road user charge licences, managing vehicle annual licencing, processing purchase orders and invoices and keeping our fleet records up to date. You will build relationships across the organisation.

Bring your passion for providing excellent service to stakeholders. You will be comfortable working with numbers to manage finances. Your continuous improvement mindset will be an advantage to add value to our current systems. Experience using an asset database is an advantage.

- Excellent computer literacy, especially in Excel and the Microsoft package
- A proactive, organised, and self-driven attitude
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience providing administrative support
- Great customer focus

**The salary range for this role is $58,218 - $64,687 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.**
