We are now recruiting for a full time Administrative Assistant/Legal Receptionist in our Auckland office.
The work will include looking after our Auckland office and welcoming and caring for all clients. It will also involve organising and managing catering and events, reception duties, deliveries, booking our travel and accommodation, finance support and general administrative duties like scanning, photocopying, ordering supplies, supporting the wider administration team and assisting with any office projects.

Please note this position will require you to be in the office for 40 hours a week.
