Business Support Administrator

**Description**:
Sanford is looking for a friendly Business Support Administrator to join the Finance and Administration team based in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds location, Havelock. You will provide support to the entire mussel division including Havelock Factory, Farming and Bioactives (our new Marine Extracts centre). You will play a key part in the Commercial Finance function within the business. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday-Friday.
**Your self-starting work approach gives you the ability to undertake a variety of office tasks including**:
- Facilitating local sales and raising invoices ensuring accuracy
- Preparing charge outs for farming activities
- Creating purchase orders through internal systems
- Reception duties at Havelock to support the wider team and visitors onto site
- Facilitating staff sales, and associated banking requirements
- Banking reconciliations
- Accounts support for the mussels division
- A board range of other office administration duties and support
**You will bring**:
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Efficiency who can manage own workload and priorities
- Dedication to great customer satisfaction
- 2 years experience in accounts receivable/payable, office administration, or similar role is preferrable but not essential
