The market for our services is **growing** rapidly as climate action has started to become mainstream, catalysed by a number of external factors. As a result of both internal and external drivers, we've undertaken a strategic review and developed a comprehensive business case for transformation. As Toitū enters its next phase of growth and digital transformation, this role will bring a strong focus to our customer relationship management with a real focus on both the technical and account support we provide to our clients and will be responsible for ensuring we provide a superb level of service to our clients.

The core purpose of the role is to:

- Be responsible for all existing customer facing activity at Toitū (excluding audit and certification services) and ensure that budgeted revenue is achieved through:

- Leadership and ongoing development of a high performing and motivated Technical Account Management team who are passionate about Toitū's products and services.
- Delivery of excellent customer service through well-resourced, effective, and quality account management.
- Provision of 'best in class' (quality and innovative) technical support to all program and other clients as required.
- The Head of Client Relations is also responsible for key operational processes including operational forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, timesheeting, carbon credit sales, invoicing and internal management reporting as well as developing, improving and maintaining systems to understand and manage operational performance.

**About You**

Experienced with sustainability issues across a range of sectors, you hold a relevant tertiary qualification, such as accounting, environmental science or business management and have proven experience in a senior leadership role. You take a strategic perspective in planning and organising, have strong problem solving and decision-making skills and expertise in end-to-end people management. A track record of delivering results, commercially savvy and skilled, you have a proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage a P&L.
