You bring proven experience in a corporate communications leadership role, preferably in a global or complex organisation where you have developed your strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective communications strategies.

As a respected leader, you have a natural flare for building strong networks and expertise in managing relationships right across the organisation and have proven experience in building and strengthen comms capability throughout the organisation by working alongside people sharing and coaching to enable them. You thrive when faced with ambiguity; when the going gets tough, you overcome obstacles by recognising long-term opportunities.

You will bring a fresh perspective to ensure the development of the people around you, taking them on the journey through empathy and influence. You’ll be focused on seeking out better practices for the overall quality of our work through expertise in media relations, crisis communication and reputation management. A collaborative approach is a must to bring together specialist knowledge from different disciplines and across regions.
