**Dynamic People and Culture Coordinator role for industry-leading manufacturing company.**

My client is looking for a pro-active HR Coordinator to support their journey of growth and be part of their exciting future.

If you able to work in a challenging, fast paced environment, can prioritise and deliver tasks in a timely manner and consistently work to a high standard this could be a fantastic role for you.

**About Role**:
You will work closely with the HR Manager fulfilling a variety of HR functions.
- Leading the onboarding and induction process
- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Deal with employment relation issues
- General HR administration duties and updating of policies and procedures
- Managing the HR/Recruitment Inbox
- Answering enquiries about roles from internal staff and external applicants

**About You**:

- Relevant HR Degree and a minimum of 2 years HR experience

- Ability to wear multiple hats and liaise with a wide range of people at different levels
