**About the Role**
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager in our Penrose Head Office, a key part of this role is maintaining data integrity so you will need to enjoy using systems and have an impressive attention to detail. Our small team of three support 1,100 employees so the role offers a great grounding in Human Resources and will set you up with the skills you need to move forward in your career over time.
The role includes:
- Providing coaching to our people managers on recruitment and onboarding in our HRIS (SAP Success Factors)
- Responding to HR queries and providing information to our employees
- Drafting employment agreements and variation letters
- Entering and maintaining data in our HRIS
- Running monthly data audits and checks
- Supporting the People and Culture Manager with companywide initiatives
**About You**
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience at an Administrator/Coordinator level and using a HRIS and/or ATS. You will have excellent communication skills and bring a solutions-focused and customer-centric approach to this role. You easily build positive and informative coaching relationships and your ability to build trust and influence will help set you up for success. You will have a high level of resilience to make the most of this fast paced and varied role.
You'll have a working knowledge of NZ employment legislation and a tertiary qualification in an HR related field. The role will also have a focus on continuous improvement so we're looking for someone who can show initiative, make suggestions for improvements and be a great team player.
