You will be our SAP super user - where you will input core people data into our system, set up new team members, process leaving team members, and manage our online files. You will also run our induction programme, assist with budget management across the team and get involved in anything else people related, and of course anything fun - like smoothy bikes and dumpling delivery

We're not going to beat around the bush - there's a bunch of manual processes that need to be enhanced and improved upon - we need someone like you to take the reins and drive the improvement, all while doing your day job

But you will be across absolutely everything to do with People & Culturewhat a role and what an opportunity to make your mark

**You will be/have**

- A **COLLABORATOR** - working across the business, building relationships, regularly collaborating to make sure our people are onboarding, learning and being their best.
- ** CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** mindset - you will have a passion for redesigning 'traditional HR' to better respond to and support our workforce today and into the future.
