We're on the lookout for an Auckland based People & Culture Coordinator to be part of our high performing P&C team who are based throughout the country. Primarily overseeing and maintaining the integrity of our employee information for our North based employees (AKL, HAM, TGA, WLG), this role will see you taking care of all the People & Culture related administrative and coordination duties.

Reporting to the P&C Director and with a dotted line to the P&C Advisor, you’ll be able to get stuck in and take ownership within your portfolio of a wide range of activities including:

- Preparing employment related documentation (IEAs, variations etc.)
- Undertaking orientation and exit interviews
- Assisting with employee events
- Maintaining our P&C intranet page
- Assisting with recruitment activities
- Being the ‘go to’ person on matters such as leave & pay queries
- Collaborating on P&C, H&S and DE&I initiatives

We’re seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, has strong initiative and is a conceptual thinker. You'll have excellent administrative and Microsoft office skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

We’d love to hear from a recently qualified grad or someone with a year or two of experience in a similar role. Ideally, you'll be tertiary quailed with an HR (or similar) degree. We’re a tight knit team of experienced P&C generalists that love what we do, and we have a real interest in developing someone in their P&C career.
