We are looking for a dynamic business manager to join a high profile organisation. You may come from a background as an experienced executive assistant, senior administrator, or office manager and be able to manage relationships with multiple general managers, mentor and oversee administrative staff, while also having an understanding of procurement, invoicing, and monitoring reports.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be a buffer for the Deputy Chief Executive
- Manage relationships of 1 - 4 General Managers
- Oversee administrative staff and provide mentoring to have them performing at their best
- Provide regular reporting on the buisiness, liasing with the finance team
- Organise travel, expenses and meetings
- Expereince as a high performing EA, Administrator, office manager, or similar role
- An understanding of procurment and invoicing processes
- An ability to mentor other admin staff
- Great communication and relationship management skills
- An ability to work independently and take initiative
- An understanding of Kaupapa Māori
