Business Change Manager

If you are an experienced business change professional with experience working in dynamic enterprise programmes we want to hear from you ASAP.

Our client requires a driven and experienced business change professional to work within a complex programme of work responsible for delivering and embedding several critical change implementations over the next 11 months.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating change planning and readiness assessments.
- Embedding new processes and practices into existing operational frameworks.
- Supporting the design and development of training programmes, education activities and collateral
- Preparation of transition Plans and other handover materials.
- Update the Programme Director to ensure the Change Delivery team deliver on agreed milestones and deliverables.
