Job Title**:Shop** Manager**

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Manage and organize daily salon operations
- Organize daily shifts, based on demand and scheduled appointments
- Develop, implement, and maintain the policies and procedures of the salon
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
- Responsible for quality assurance of service, guide all staffs towards maximum performance
- Ensure that all duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
- Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the area, ensure all requirements are met and maintained
- Gather feedback from the clients and make sure they have a pleasant experience in the salon
- Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines to maintain the salon’s reputation
- Organize seasonal promotions and discount packages to attract more clients
- Formulate and develop the salon’s marketing activities
- Monitor stock of salon products and order supplies as needed and ensure the purchases stay within budget
- Control the salon’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and profitability
- Set prices, track records of monthly costs and revenues and analyze, make forecasts
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements of the salon
- Hire and organize inductions and training for new staff
- Plan and implement the regular training for current staff
- Report directly to Owner
- Any other duties the employer may reasonably require the employee to perform

Pay rate: Minimum $29.66/ hour Maximum $33/ hour

Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 35 hours, permanent full-time

Requirements for the job:

- Relevant Qualification in Diploma of Business Level 5 or above
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field or industry
- Strong understanding of business management
- Excellent problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Full time availability
- Able to work on weekends and holidays
- No criminal record
