The Commercial Services and Strategic Property team ensures that IR gets the best value from its commercial, supplier and property relationships while displaying integrity and transparency in the way we procure products, services, and solutions. We manage IR’s commercial relationships and property portfolio to deliver high quality, sustainable and high value solutions to IR.

We are looking for someone with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships, the curiosity to ask questions and the confidence to use their initiative. We need someone with an understanding of contracts, supplier management and ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Some experience with Technology and ICT contracting is desirable but not essential.

We are a collaborative, passionate and energetic team so need someone with the same commitment to deliver. With your excellent attention to detail, ability to work closely with key stakeholders and appetite for success, you will quickly establish yourself as a key member of our team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in a commercial environment and contract management
- A working understanding of Contract Management Systems
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial partnerships
- Confidence in taking the initiative which enables you to support the wider Commercial ICT team to optimise the operation of our supplier management framework
- The ability to trouble shoot issues in real time
- Sound analytical capability
- The ability to challenge thinking and identify process improvements
