About us

Good Partners Healthcare provides home care and nursing care in the community. We support our clients to stay well, live well and independent in the community. We have a position available for administrative officer Accounts. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic accounts administration experience.

Qualifications & experience
- Degree or higher qualification
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the New Zealand community health sector and Buurtzorg principle of care is essential
- Xero Certified and familiar with accounts processes and is able to oversee accounting functions of the company
- Possess great oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to deal in an efficient and courteous manner with clients, staff and stakeholders
- Computer literate, intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and remote teamwork software
- Experience in a high-volume administrative environment with strong work ethics, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Knows a bit about IT and can take on the social media accounts and day-to-day in-house trouble-shooting requirement
- Is a strong team player who can work together with the clinical and management team to achieve great outcomes for our clients and staff.
- Must have an Entrepreneurial mindset and Innovative thinking capabilities

Tasks & responsibilities
- Office General Administration, Ordering and restocking appropriate stock, Building and fostering strong relationships with internal and external parties ensures that the company is keeping up with developments within the community and the health sector.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable in accurately and timely manner
- Accounts E Filling tax returns and GST returns, Processing XERO Processing Payroll accurate, timely financial reporting
- Information Technology Managing social media and day to day in house IT troubleshooting, Data entry into software.
