The Opportunity
Great opportunity to develop a long-standing career at Aon, working with a supportive and fun team at the Invercargill Branch. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.
In this role you will be supporting our Brokers with their day-to-day account management as well as covering front desk responsibilities. Ideally you will have administration or customer service experience.
Day to day you might work on:
- Answering phones, covering front desk duties
- Document preparation
- Client renewal paperwork
- Premium negotiations
- Policy and new business submissions
**About You**
We pride ourselves on building strong partnerships so are also looking for someone personable who will ensure excellent service delivery.
Ideally you will have the following skillset:
- Experience building relationships with clients
- Confidence being a point of contact when needed
- Adept at prioritising workflow with an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Prior experience supporting a senior staff member is desirable
