**The Role & your next Employer**
We are **urgently** seeking x2 Helpdesk Analysts with good understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Windows 10, and Office 365. An understanding of networking technologies such as switching, routing and firewalls would be an advantage.

These are permanent employment opportunities to join an extremely successful and respected NZ organisation. This company has specialised in Infrastructure Services for a considerable amount of time throughout New Zealand and to the benefit of numerous ‘start-ups’ to Enterprise businesses.

This role will report into the Helpdesk Team Leader, and you will work with the Service Desk, Service Engineering Team, Network Operations & Sales and Accounts management to identify customer requirements and achieve the best possible outcome for the customer.

- **Networking** **(bonus)** - basic support of VLAN’s / TCP/IP
