We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our supportive team and contribute to the success of our organisation. Working across Clemenger Group agencies and reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you'll play a crucial role in delivering top class IT Support.
Position Overview As a IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for the support and management of desktops, laptops, AV and other systems used in the business. You'll also play a key role in the testing and auditing for business continuity, Sarbanes Oxley and ISO27001 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Take ownership of support tickets, delivering high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot software and system issues.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Manage user accounts and maintain accurate information on our assets.
- Enhance business and support processes through automation and documentation.
- Collaborate with local and global contacts for reporting and support escalation.
- Provide hands-on support and training for meeting room technology.

Experience and Skills Required
- 3+ years of IT-related customer service or helpdesk experience.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to interpret and prioritise IT-related issues in a high-pressure environment.

Highly Beneficial Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Understanding of Information Security and ITIL principles.
- Experience with Mac, Windows, and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Office365.
