To provide executive administrative and operational support to the Medtech-iQ Tāmaki Makaurau team including Directors, Research Operations Manager, other staff, and stakeholders of Medtech-iQ Tāmaki Makaurau. To advise and manage navigation of research and operational support services both within and external to the University.

This is a full-time fixed term position for two years.

**Mō tō mātou rōpū | About the team**

Medtech-IQ Tamaki Makaurau is a new operation within the University. The operational centre is in the process of being established on city campus hosted at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute (ABI).

**He kōrero mōu | About you**

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex policies to non-specialists.
- Experience developing funding proposals, ensuring compliance with client/funder guidelines.
- Comprehensive experience in managing complex projects
- Proactively manage a portfolio of research contracts, providing both financial and non-financial post-award support, and ensuring that researchers meet their contracted obligations.
- Adept at working collaboratively, though with the ability and autonomy to effectively prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a busy environment, balancing multiple demands to a high level of accuracy, with exceptional attention to detail.
