Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Property Rights team sits within our Customer Delivery group and is responsible for the New Zealand survey and title system. This system means New Zealanders know exactly what property they own. Our business group is based across three sites in New Zealand.
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Property Rights at Toitū Te Whenua, you would play a central role in managing the day-to-day operations and priorities of the business group.
Approachable, friendly and kind under pressure you will also be able to maintain boundaries, and coordinate others to deliver on time. Bringing your whole self to work. This is a friendly place, and a bit of banter is encouraged in this team
Providing proactive, seamless, professional support across the full range of administrative, and organisational support activities. You are able to skilfully manage multiple deadlines and priorities to ensure the best outcome in each situation.
Collaborating alongside the Lead Advisor, as a team, you ensure the Head of Property Rights is prepared for all engagements. You will be able to build positive working relationships across the wider business, and to be an active member of the administration and executive assistant network.

The salary range for this position is $61,324 - 82,968
