This newly created role is a key part of an ongoing organisational transformation, and you will be instrumental in supporting ELT streamlined processes, enhanced decision-making, and driving strategic initiatives forward.As the Executive Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the governance and management calendars, including coordinating agendas, preparing meeting materials, tracking actions, and ensuring deadlines are met.Planning and coordinating executive meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries to ensure the leadership team operates seamlessly and effectively.Preparing and compiling materials to ensure the CEO and ELT are fully briefed and equipped for all meetings, decision-making, and projects.Maintaining an efficient and organised filing system for both digital and physical documents, ensuring quick access and up-to-date records.Managing travel arrangements and expense reporting.To excel in this role, you will bring the following experience and skills:Extensive experience in organising people, processes and logistics.3+ years of project management experience, including hands-on experience in managing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.A tertiary qualification related to business, administration, or a relevant field is highly desirable.This is not a typical team assistant role; rather, it will give the right person exposure to our diverse and meaningful organisation.You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in building strong relationships across the organisation and ensuring a cohesive and collaborative work culture.
