With a well-established presence in our sector, we are looking for an Account Manager to help manage our existing client base and drive continued growth.Our reputation and long history in the industry and geographical area means most new business finds us through referrals, though this role may also require some new business development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage new and existing clients, quickly build rapport, establish trust, and communicate Care Computer's value as an IT partner.Identify and understand client requirements, work with the technical team to design solutions, deliver proposals and convey the benefits of proposed solutions via telephone, email, online video/demonstrations and on-site meetings and presentations.Achieve individual sales targets and manage each of your customer accounts to the agreed level.Negotiate pricing, assist the customer in building a business case and process the sale once successfully signed off.Be accountable for the quality and deliverables of your own projects, following up with excellent after sales service to become a trusted long-term partner.Deal with complaints, breaks and escalations from customers.Provide an excellent level of service to all customers.What are we looking for?A confident and outgoing individual with interpersonal skills.Candidates will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in IT Sales with a good understanding of business IT solutions.Able to demonstrate good organisational qualities and able to multi-task efficiently.Proficiency using Microsoft Office apps. Familiarity with business software including CRM, Helpdesk and accounting packages would be advantageous.Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.Professional presentation, punctuality, and time management.Preference will be given to reasonably local candidates in the East Berkshire area.A full driving licence would be advantageous for occasional client site visits.Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Continuous on the job training, development, and support to keep you at the top of your game.Experienced and supportive management, a great technical team, and a friendly, collaborative team all around.
