**About the role**
In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent and professional support to a busy leadership team within a large organisation. You will also work collaboratively to support the wider team with ad hoc administration and projects.
**What you will do**
- Organise and maintain records and reports, overseeing the office filing system
- Prepare packs and papers for meetings and take meeting minutes
- Provide ad hoc administrative support including projects
- Manage financial administration including raising purchase orders, and supporting expenses
**About you**
You will bring with you the following skills and experience:
- Previous EA/PA or Office Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive and takes initiative in tasks beyond those required
