**About the Role**

Become an essential member of our Software and UX Team in the role of a Product Owner. Your primary objective is to manage the feature backlog for our dynamic software teams, ensuring seamless coordination in delivering both new product features and enhancing existing ones.

As a key collaborator, you'll work closely with our Product Design team, leveraging your expertise in design and user experience to drive the successful delivery of innovative product features. With user stories and test cases as your guiding light, you'll provide our delivery team members with crystal-clear instructions and achievable deliverables.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Empower seamless comprehension of short to medium-term product priorities, fueling focused, purposeful progress.
- Discover a perfect harmony between strategic efforts and sustaining the product's long-term well-being.
- Experience the power of collaboration with stakeholders at all levels - from customers and end-users to executives and internal teams; Skillfully manage expectations, gather feedback, and deliver a product that precisely meets their needs.
- Deliver quality, measurable value to its customers and that value is clearly understood by the wider Gallagher Animal Management team.

**Key Experience and Attributes for Success**
- Bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field (e.g., business analyst, user experience)
- 2 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience in Agile development teams
- Solid knowledge of software development processes, including requirements gathering, user story development, and acceptance testing
- Familiarity with software development tools, such as project management software, issue tracking systems, and version control systems
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges
- Passion for technology and a drive to deliver innovative software products that exceed customer expectations
