Working from Monday to Friday with standard working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm provides a predictable and consistent schedule. This allows you to plan your personal activities and commitments outside of work with confidence. Having your evenings and weekends free enables you to achieve a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to pursue hobbies, spend time with family and friends, and take care of personal responsibilities.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

Our Organisational Development team has an exciting opportunity for someone interested in or has experience in administration to join us as a **National Scheduling Support Coordinator**. This is a very fulfilling and rewarding opportunity that plays an important part in helping people across New Zealand with intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence.

A fixed-term full-time role provides stability, knowing that you have a position for a defined period of time. It also offers the chance to contribute to the organization's goals and objectives over the long term.

You will have previous experience in a high-volume administration position, a good eye for detail, and the ability to build trusting relationships with others. Scheduling/rostering experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training and support will be provided.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly offer advice.
- The ability to work as part of a team, and independently.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, and ability to maintain an effective work ethic while under pressure.
- MS Office experience, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
