**Administration & Coordinator Support**

**Be part of a professional dynamic team with one of NZ leaders who provide support to the community. Work in a fast paced environment organising client appointments and supporting the Staff Roster Coordinators.**

We are looking for an
**enthusiastic **individual with excellent people, communication and administration skills to work in a fast paced service delivery environment.
You will be working under supportive managers who have the best interest of their staff at heart. They are an essential service and are busier than ever
Your outgoing, upbeat personality and great organisation skills will be the perfect fit for our small team of 12. An understanding of Microsoft Office is a must.
You may have previous experience working within the service delivery, office administration or customer service sector or someone looking for a new change in career or a graduate student with some prior working experience looking for an opportunity to learn on the job.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
