**About the role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Scheduler to join us. You will be working an 80-hour fortnight, Monday to Friday. Start and finish times are negotiable. Free onsite parking available.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Scheduling of services and public course administration
- Make travel and accommodation bookings
- Customer service and key stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills
- CRM experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- An understanding of job booking systems, logistics, and planning
- A tertiary office administration/logistics qualification
