We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded, self-motivated ICT Engineer to join our **Tauranga** based client. This is a fulltime onsite role with some flexibility of WFH.

You will need to have a range of technical skills including a detailed understanding of premise and cloud-based systems, including VMWare Hosts, Linux and Windows Virtual Machines, Line-of-Business Applications, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory with sound knowledge of Networking, Software & Hardware configuration, Cyber Security and Infrastructure. You should have significant experience in dealing with technical and non-technical customers.

**Alongside this, you must have the following**:

- Relevant qualifications/experience in Engineering/ICT support, backed by references.
- Technical expertise across Microsoft core server technologies.
- Sound skills across Microsoft technologies, Cloud technologies, Virtualisation technologies and Storage technologies.
- Commercial experience with Modern Workplace (Azure, AWS, Teams, Exchange online).
- Basic experience in managing Network Switches, Wi-Fi Access Points, and Firewalls to ensure a high level of availability of local
- networks and internet connectivity.
- Strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
