Claims Support Administrator

**JLT-Wellnz** is seeking to appoint a **Claims Support Administrator** based in **Auckland**.

**Wellnz**, now a part of **Marsh** has an opportunity for a motivated **Claims Support** **Administrator** looking for something different, where they can put their administration skills to work.
Wellnz is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention and other wellbeing services. **Role Purpose**
This role will provide claims administration support to the Wellnz invoicing, finance and claims management teams, and as well as the processing of data in an accurate and efficient manner, will at times, require clear and concise communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Client services - the implementation and delivery of services that meets contractual requirements.
- Service teams - provide administrative support.

- Health and Safety - foster positive H&S practices.
- Personal Training - complete compulsory modules.
**What you need to have**:
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Accurate and fast entering of information into databases.
- Excellent organization skills - able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to work within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) - Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Willing to accept responsibility and accountability for own decisions and work.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
