We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Technical Claims team as a Technical Claims Administrator.
The main purpose of the Claims Administrator is to support the Technical Claims Functions by managing all administrative duties to drive our claims forward, assisting with management of the inboxes, act as communication between systems and service providers, and provide a centralized source of administrative information for staff and management as required.
**Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Managing and developing customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Understanding the end to end claims process and effectively and accurately producing notes on electronic claim files.
- Providing assistance with lodging claims and providing clients with empathy, certainty, guidance and support when requested**.**
