Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Support team at Wellnz, now a part of Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland, NZ. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This opportunity is offered on a fixed-term contract until November 2025.
As a Claims Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services, contributing to our mission of supporting employers and their employees in various wellbeing initiatives.
We will count on you to:
- Implement and deliver services that meet contractual requirements.
- Maintain client contacts and foster positive working relationships.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
- Upload hard copy information against the appropriate digital claim records.
- Modify and update database systems as required.
- Comply with health and safety practices and support the finance team in reconciling provider statements.
- Undertake general administration duties and other tasks as required.
What you need to have:
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to enter information accurately and quickly into databases.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
