About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Claims Administration Officer to join the DUAL NZ Claims Team to assist with the overall administration of the claims process. If successful, you will join a company of dedicated and motivated individuals that are committed to the growth of the organisation by assisting in the provision of a ground breaking claims experience.

This role will see responsibility for:

- Creating new files for new claims
- Acquiring relevant documentation i.e. policy documents
- Updating claims files including confirmation of payments and file closures and electronic recording of such
- Providing relevant material to third party administrators in relation to notifications
- Handling and preparing Claims History reports
- Providing timely responses to internal and external requests
- Updating internal claims systems
- Entering invoices for payments on claims

About You

You will be an Auckland-based self-starter with excellent communication skills and a minimum of two (2) years insurance claims administration experience. You will have intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills.

You will have good interpersonal skills, a passion for excellent customer service and establishing relationships. You will enjoy working in a close-knit team, have the ability to make decisions, a strive to grow business through team success and an appetite for personal development.

About You

A self-starter with great communication and organizational skills and a minimum of three (3) years liability insurance experience with demonstrated knowledge of client industries and businesses as well as market knowledge of risk, good interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service and building relationships. Enjoys working in a close-knit team and highly collaborative environment, has the ability to make decisions, a drive to grow business through team success and a hunger for personal development.
