Your Opportunity

We are looking for awesome Claims Administrators to join our Auckland Branch.

You will be responsible for managing a high volume of claims end-to-end, including receiving and processing claims and investigating and determining outcomes. You will work closely with customers and TGE staff throughout the claims process.

The key areas of focus are:

- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensuring all required information is obtained before processing for payment
- Advise customers of the outcome of the claim approval/decline
- Ensure accurate data entry
- Responding to customer queries regarding claims

You will be working with a manager who is committed to you and your growth within the company. Your learning and development is a priority to us.
