As our HR Administration Manager - you are responsible for the team providing the delivery of high quality, best practice and consistent HR administration services to the Council. You will lead your team to develop and deliver effective end-to-end systems and processes resulting in better outcomes for our customers.

Your day will be filled with variety and challenges. You'll enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a dynamic and fast paced environment, remain adaptable, adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.

A proactive experienced leader is what we're looking for. You'll lead from the front, inspire with your vision and innovation and above all be committed to your team, the Group and the outputs it collectively achieves. As a member of the leadership team, you will support changes within the HR Group with a strong emphasis on collaborative leadership, customer issue resolution and acting as an interface with key stakeholder groups.

- Salary_ - $107,130 - $119,033 per annum
- Location_ - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street. Christchurch.
