A position has become available in our small HR team, as our colleague is relocating offshore. We are ideally looking for a permanent full time HR Administrator, to work business hours Monday to Friday, based from our central Merivale site. We support flexibility and are open to discussing what this looks like for you if you are successfully shortlisted.

Key aspects of this role, include:

- Oversight of organisation-wide recruitment, utilising the Snaphire recruitment software.
- Working collaboratively with a wide range of people.
- Accurately and efficiently processing variations and employment contracts.
- Reporting and data analysis.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate recording of information across multiple systems.
- Contributing to project work within the HR team and wider organisation.
- Using your previous HR experience to support our services with their people processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Energy and resilience as we work hard to deliver our services in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong experience in working with systems
- Capability to drive our recruitment processes
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work with and manage confidential information

Experience in using Snaphire and payglobal, as well as having a qualification in HR, or similar would be a bonus, but not essential.
