Finance & Office Administrator

Every day, in every way, we bring real heart to work. This **Finance & Officer Administrator** position at the **Accadia Manor Care**Home located in Tauranga**is a **permanent part-time** position, **working 28 hours a week Monday - Friday**.
Supporting the Care Home Manager, you will provide a high level of finance, reception and administration allowing our front-line team to focus on our residents and customers to provide the highest standards of care. **Where You Will Make an Impact**
- Maintain accurate resident and accounting records.
- Invoicing, balancing and reconciliation of managers account.
- Process payroll.
- Provide general administration and clerical support to the care home.
- Manage the care home reception desk.
- Process documentation relating to the day-to-day operation of the business.
- Ensure deadlines are met for all reports.
**What About You**
- A minimum of three years of accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations and administration experience is required, preferably in an aged care environment.
- Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with sensitivity towards the elderly.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Intermedial Level Word,
- Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with high accuracy and good time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy and enjoy working with the elderly.
