Are you an experienced administrator who loves variety and being the go to person? If so, this could be a brilliant role for you.
In a growing business of 250 people nationally, this is a newly created role supporting 25+ amazing specialists in the engineering/ projects space that are based in the Tauranga office. They’re an incredibly talented and hardworking bunch, yet they still know how to have fun - Often heading out socially or getting out and being active You will also be a part of a National admin team who are based in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland.
This is a permanent part time role - we are open to considering those looking to work between 20-30 hours per week and negotiable on how these hours will be split.
**Based on their front desk, you will**
- Organise travel, accommodation and rental cars for staff
- Provide general office management - stationery, kitchen supplies, couriers etc.
- Logistics coordination for staff conferences/training/client events
- Type, format and amend proposals, letters, and large, lengthy reports.
- Onboard new starters (desk set up, issuing card access etc.)
- Liaise with the building manager and cleaners regarding any facility issues
- Assist with the health and wellness programme
- Manage catering for internal company events and celebrations
