Accounts
- Work with foreign exchange currencies and conversions
- Paying and sending invoices and chasing receivables
- Working with our international banking platform including trade finance f
- Bank reconciliations in Xero
- Monthly GST returns via Xero
- Entering data into spreadsheets
- Filing and office administration

Shipping
- Using shipping company websites to review, book, update and monitor vessels
- Work with Sales to review freight rates and discuss best options
- Updating daily spreadsheets and prioritising next jobs to be done

Export Docs
- Understanding the process, timing & platforms (Prodoc software, suppliers, clients, 3rd party Cedo/MPI/Chamber etc) of incoming data and what needs to be executed
- Understanding/processing docs based on export market requirements, including LC requirements
- Reviewing OMAR’s to make decisions for new markets
- Interacting with MPI if required

Other
- Some basic Sales support
- Plus a few general office jobs chipping in to help the small tea
