**Your new role**
- Be a champion in administrative office systems, including our ERP system
- Providing help and advice to customers regarding all our products & relevant transactions
- Receiving and processing all customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, from receipt to processing, and final delivery
- Receiving, logging, researching, processing & reporting on customer claims
- Developing administrative procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department;
- Meeting with your team leader & other managers to discuss possible improvements to any task, process or procedure.
- Manage the collation of daily & weekly reports as required
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents as to product delivery issues and working with the Operations team to provide solutions
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Diploma in business studies or similar would be advantageous.
