**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The Systems Programme Manager is responsible for the overall Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology Management systems roadmap and ensures there is strategic alignment and prioritisation and is responsible for the delivery of the systems programme of work.

This role works closely with Data & Digital and the FPIM Programme (national ERP), is customer centric and supports the effective delivery of PSC&HTM's strategic objectives and accountabilities.

**Mōu | About you**

You will have experience in collaborating with the business to develop a system roadmap that supports business priorites and dependencies and aligns to strategic objectives.

You will be proactive in building relationships with stakeholders and business partners to ensure successful roadmap delivery, and continued identification and review of opportunities for improvement. You take pride in working with a customer centric focus, ensuring projects are change led to support business users and improve day to day operations.

- Ability to provide system planning and direction both strategically and to project teams
- Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to create a sense of community among the members of project teams
- Proven programme management and delivery experience
- Demonstrate experience developing system roadmaps
- Experience leading programmes with the customer in mind
- A relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- A Programme or Project Management Certification (P3M, MSP or similar)
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
