Our Radio Broadcasting programmes require an outstanding leader and lecturer.

Reporting to the Head of School Undergraduate Studies, the National Programme Co-ordinator Radio Broadcasting will lead the ongoing delivery and development of programmes to meet stakeholder needs. The teaching component of this role is 0.5 full time equivalent.
- A Bachelor qualification relevant to the programme.
- Teaching qualification
- Academic leadership experience of at least five years including experience managing staff, preferably leadership experience in the tertiary sector.
- Relevant experience co-ordinating the delivery of Radio Broadcasting programmes, and experience monitoring NZQA accredited programmes.
- At least five years relevant tertiary teaching experience to Diploma level.
- Significant experience working in the Commercial Radio Industry.
- Previous experience in role with a focus on educational quality improvement and quality assurance.
- Proven record of research experience.
- Up to date knowledge of radio broadcasting technology and software.
- Practical up to date knowledge and skills in Microsoft computing packages.

We are seeking an authentic values-based leader who is able to demonstrate previous relevant success in leadership.

Knowledge of tikanga Māori and the ability to korero Te Reo Māori to at least a level 2 competency is desirable, or open to learning. We offer a supportive working environment with ongoing professional development.
