With Pet industry experience, you’ll facilitate and execute agreed plans that drive recommendation, category growth and brand leadership. You’ll be driven to deliver business growth plans through working collaboratively with other functions across ANZ.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstratable experience in sales, including negotiation & customer management
- Strength in analysing data & turning into insight for action
- A customer partnership & strategic revenue management mindset
- Experience creating proactive customer marketing initiatives
- Highly effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate & manage relationships with a varied group of customers

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Work collaboratively with selected customers to develop long-term joint business plans, aligned with internal Sales & Marketing strategies
- Develop and negotiate trading terms relevant to their customers and Royal Canin
- Lead demand forecasting for key account customers
- Monitors the financial performance and revenue profit targets of key accounts, driving action for change where necessary
- Anticipates industry landscape and competitor developments by remaining close to industry changes
