Key Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Regular communication with key accounts to monitor health of the account
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization
- Pro-actively identify gaps in current process and systems and offer solutions for improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- 5 plus years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Experience in e-commerce
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM)
- Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation
- Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
- Amenable to work +or - 4 hours CET
- Experience in Global Trade
- Knowledge of German language
