**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to manage day-to-day office running and take ownership of the admin tasks. We are a close-knit team and the role is pivotal to maintain a well-organised and productive working environment. The role is 80% admin + 20% finance/HR, and requires attention to details and a can-do attitude.

**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee general office and admin operations
- Maintenance of office (stationery, pantry supplies, merchandise etc.)
- Liaise with landlord/contractors to resolve Facilites and office-related matters
- Travel booking management
- Organise staff engagement activities
- Support HR activities (recruitment screening, onboarding and termination)
- Assist with vendor invoices and statement approval, data entry in the system
- Prepare vendor payment plan
- Staff expenses management
- Internal Communications of team events/meetings/updates
- Provide support to Country Manager and wider team as needed

- Proven experience as an Officer Manager/ Administrative Executive/ Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability of multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationship at all levels
- A proactive and flexible approach
