Looking for an Office Admin to assist the P.A. to the CEO, make travel bookings and maintain a small office

**Your new company**

Our client is a diversified industrial group of companies, offering end-to-end supply chain service, including chemical and industrial formulation and manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, waste management and environmental solutions.

**Your new role**

Your role will encompass:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the PA, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Support the wider team when required, assisting and attending to their requests.
- Coordinate and execute travel arrangements and itineraries for the senior management team.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Oversee and manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in an administration/PA role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or similar experience.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills
