As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Operations team who is at the heart of the customer's training journey across planning, coordinating trainees, learning materials, courses, and results, and providing frontline support. Your mark within this team is to facilitate the customer journey by owning the deliverables and ensuring each interaction results in a positive outcome and level of customer service.
Our client is looking for a positive and energetic individual with a passion for customer service, an attitude to embrace change, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone thinks outside the box and brings a can-do attitude to work each day. Your key responsibilities include and are not limited to:
**DELIVERY**
- Taking ownership of issues that may arise and ensuring to provide successful resolutions
**CO-ORDINATION**
- Provide service delivery to customers to support their training needs and this can include e.g. booking them for training courses, sending course materials, or processing paperwork and relevant information that will result in the completion of their qualification
- All information is entered correctly into the systems used by the business and all processes are adhered to and complied with
**COLLABORATION**
- Proactively keeping customers and relevant internal teams updated and informed on any changes that may affect them
- Plan customer activities and identify ways to improve the customer's experience and journey
- Lead by example by consistently demonstrating behaviours that align with the business values
**What you will bring**
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and solutions focused
- At least 2 years’ experience working within an administration or customer service role
- Exposure and understanding of working in a similar environment with a strong focus on customer operations
- Effective communication skills, asking the right questions and relaying the information where it can be articulated
