**About the role**
- We are looking for an OD Manager to join this team and take ownership of the development of our senior Talent and Succession Management programme of work. This will involve designing and developing the Talent and Succession Management strategy and approach to ensure its modernised for our future leaders and aligns to Fletcher Building’s wider strategy, which in turn will drive improved performance and culture.

**About you**
- You will be an experienced OD professional, with proven experience in designing and delivering Talent Management and Succession Management projects within complex business environments. Experience in the Performance Management space would also be advantageous.
- Critical to your success will be your ability to articulate OD initiatives through meaningful narrative to CE level leaders. This will be achieved by being a highly skilled influencer, with proven leadership capability and the ability to manage to a critical path.
- In addition to joining a highly ambitious team, this role presents an opportunity to join a wider HR team where there is strong leadership, high engagement and a focus on succession planning and development of their people.
