**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Partner to drive and deliver outcome focused talent, leadership, development, and engagement programmes in collaboration with the wider HR team and business leaders. Your focus will be to ensure our programmes of work are pragmatic, effective and represent functional best practice, enhancing Vectors organisational performance and culture. This is an operational, intermediate level role, offering scope for your personal development.

**Who we are looking for**

With a passion for enhancing personal and organisational development and engagement to drive performance and change, you're a natural collaborator who brings the following:

- At least 5 years’ experience in HR and organisational development
- Experience in developing, executing and embedding organisational development strategies, frameworks and programmes
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Demonstrated coaching and business partnering capability
- Experience and awareness of different development frameworks, models and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- A Collaborative working style, and be a team player
- Proactive, you will look for opportunities to improve how we do things at Vector
- Motivated, you have a strong delivery focus and an eye for detail
- Pragmatic and adaptable to changing priorities
