We're taking a new approach to the way we develop and implement Organisational Development (OD) initiatives and we are now on a journey to establish a high-performing OD function within our People & Culture team.
We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Senior OD Partner to lead and support the development of key OD strategies and initiatives which will align with our overarching organisational strategy and direction.
Reporting to the OD Manager, the Senior OD Partner will have the opportunity to lead strategies and initiatives in the fields of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Talent and Succession Planning; Career Pathways; Workforce Capability planning; and Induction and Orientation Frameworks. You'll have the opportunity to use collaborative, creative approaches to build programmes of work, alongside other colleagues in our People & Culture team, developing and implementing great solutions to support our people.

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development professional who can contribute strategically, through your effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, your experience coaching leaders, facilitating, leading change and with a passion for OD initiatives.
You'll have experience in co-designing and delivering OD initiatives that are fit for purpose and that make a positive impact on the employee experience. You'll bring strong project management skills, along with a systematic and organised approach to work. You'll have a high level of self-motivation, coupled with a drive to achieve, and see tangible results.
