We have a great opportunity for an Organisational Development Advisor or Consultant looking for their next move.

**What you will be doing**:
You will be supporting the National Manager Projects, Systems & Capability with design, development, delivery and evaluation to support our people strategy. The aim is to deliver leadership development programmes while supporting others that build a culture of high performance and resilience.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your organisational development skills and experience to lift the capability of our people by providing insights, solutions and practices to ensure we deliver on our vision.

**What you will need to be successful**:
You will need to be self-driven, innovative, a strong collaborator, resilient, able to deliver in a complex and busy environment and have 5-6 years' experience within organisational development as an Advisor or Consultant.

Your proven track record for successfully delivering and embedding organisational development and learning solutions should speak for itself. You should be able to demonstrate how you can operate with confidence and credibly across all levels of the organisation to engage in conversations that take a human centred design approach where you will gather data, insights and information to determine what challenges we are solving and how best to solve them and effect positive change.
