About The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Reporting to the SVP and Head of ASSA ABLOY New Zealand, you will operate within a supportive environment in a complex multinational organisation with around 250 employees locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing business partnering support on all things people
- Leading organisational effectiveness, engagement, change management
- Supporting recruitment, team effectiveness and a high-performance culture
- Proactively engaging with managers and key stakeholders on solutions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policy
- Developing actionable workforce plans for current and future growth
About You
An experienced HR leader, you will possess the ability to work hands-on, act decisively and deliver consistently. You will be a doer, with strong relationship, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Key Competencies
- Extensive experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar
- Demonstrated ability in the full spectrum of Human Resources
- Strong ER background with a history of solving complex employment issues
- Adaptable and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Strategic mindset with recognisable capability in business-focused HR
